Semi-interesting update. Actually, even that’s a big call.

Good Day my friendly friends!

Thank you all very much for stopping by to check what’s happening in the life of Fridgy. Unless you found this website by accident in which case – welcome! If you happened to be surfing the web looking for porn and you happened to come across this site (again, welcome) however you are going to be very disappointed. No porn here. Yet.

Well plenty has been happening. I’ve been very busy doing heaps of voice-overs. I am the voice on a lot of the National Rugby league ads as well as all the Subway ads (you know the ones with James Brown playing in the background and there are people dancing everywhere…) Fortunately for everyone I just did the voice and no dancing. 26 years old and still dance worse than Mr Bean. Pathetic.

I’ve also been doing plenty of this ‘crowd warm-up’ stuff. It’s basically keeping live audiences at TV shows entertained during the ad breaks and stuff. It’s not my favourite type of work as it’s a little hard to try and do comedy in front of tonnes of producers, camera men and famous people to an audience who don’t really care about what you have to say and are more interested in what’s happening behind you. It’s still interesting though and when you eventually see a show called “The Squiz” on TV and hear people cheering in the studio audience – I TOLD THEM TO DO THAT. Yeah! Go me!!! I rule!

Also been doing plenty of gigs. Did the Paddington Fringe last week which was incredible! A HUGE crowd turned up and it was just one of those gigs where you don’t want to get off the stage. Also Oatley Hotel was fantastic and last night I performed at Randwick Rugby Club. Was heaps of fun, even if most of the crowd were over 50 and didn’t like any of my rude jokes. I’ll have to write a few Mylanta jokes in case I play there again sometime soon.

This has been a pretty long blog huh! My last one was short though so at least I kinda feel like I’ve made up for my crappy prior effort. Thanks again for stopping by. It’s been great having you read this and hope you come visit again soon. This is starting to sound like a will. It’s not the end for Fridgy I promise, I’m just in a farewelling kinda mood!
