Back from Japan! *broke*
Hey guys, hope you’re all well! What an amazing 19 days I had in Japan. Obviously there are millions of stories and funny things that happened while I was there. Some I don’t want to mention as A) I’m currently trying to work them in to material and would hate to ruin the bits (as MILLIONS of people check this site every day of course
) and B) I couldn’t be arsed typing lots. So here is a point form of some of my holiday observations:
• Japanese people are the most lovely people in the world. Their trains go much faster than ours and are always on time. They also bow a lot (the people not the trains).
• Clearly not that many English-speaking people reside in or around ski resorts (which is where I spent most of my time) as almost all of their English signs are wrong. I.e. on one of the days, I almost skied down an avalanche and caused a ski-run. Oh, and they have lots of vending machines full of ‘prastic bottles’. That’s not a typo. You get the point.
• A sprained thumb sucks.
• They have a jet spray in the toilet for your bum. It doesn’t make you all that wet somehow and while in Japan I became a little bit closer to turning bisexual.
