Hello you friendly squirrels!
Firstly, a welcoming golf clap for all the new visitors to the site. If this is the first time you’ve been to www.fridgy.com then I’ll try and be gentle. Rude.
Well plenty has been happening! I’ve been in some new TV ads!! These ones are for Bundaberg Rum with that gigantic polar bear! It was surreal actually hanging out with that guy/creature. Here are some observations from the day:
- The bloke inside the suit actually isn’t that tall.
- I found out the suit is insured for something like $200,000!! That’s like a new Porsche or a tank of petrol!
- Acting is fun.
- Commercials put on kick-arse catering and I ate prawn dumplings for breakfast at 7am!
- I had to wear a shirt which made me look very much like a gay cowboy. Brokeback Fridgy.

Other than that, I’ve done gigs at BOTH Laugh Garages in the last week and a half. Both Parramatta AND the city venue. They were great fun and one of the girls in the crowd worked at that AMI Nasal Delivery Technology place. I don’t think she liked sitting down for too long as she got a bit stiff. HAHA. See what I did. It’s an erection joke. Stiff. AMI. Shabam!!! Please stop laughing, calm down and read on, you’re almost finished.
New gigs have just been added. I am trying something new and exciting with my good mate Steve Philp (did someone say “double-act”…no, I just typed it) so I’ll have something to report on here real soon!
